What’s The Difference Between A Domain Register And Domain Hosting
A domain register only offers domain names it does not include hosting for your website so if you buy a domain name from a register you will need to transfer or point your domain to a host. Its much easier to buy a domain from a host that also provides web hosting as well as domain registration.
You will also need to make sure that they support wordpress which nearly all of the top web hosts do.
All of the sites below offer domain registration and webhosting for WordPress. Most webhosts offer hosting for your website somewhere between $4 to $15 per month depending on what plan you want.
What Is The Cost Of A Domain Name?
A new domain should cost about $15.0 per year. You will need to pay the annual fee every year or you will lose your domain and it will be put back on the open market, if you fail to renew your subscription.
